This past weekend, Greg was leading a trip for the singles from church to the beach. The kids and I originally planned to stay home but as time grew closer and some circumstances changed, we decided to all head out of town for the weekend.
Even though the weekend seemed rushed, we enjoyed our time together. The girls adjusted great and slept well away from home. The boys enjoyed having a chance to play a round of golf and having a chance to hang out with Grammy and Grandpa.
We are now ready to usher in fall with apples and pumpkins, hayrides and costumes! Apple picking trip is in the works!
