"and know that I am God." I have been camping out at this verse over the last couple of weeks. Two weeks ago tomorrow, I underwent a small bowel resection for my Crohn's disease. Not my choosing, but the surgery was necessary. Through this time, God has been so faithful. As we drove to Chapel Hill (where the surgery was preformed), I had His peace. During surgery, He guided the surgeon's hands and delivered a "best case scenario" per the doctor. My recovery, which I am still in the midst of, has been a testimony of the power of prayer.
Tonight I just wanted to give Him glory.
